Specialized Foundry Services for Advanced Automotive ICs

As a specialty analog and mixed-signal foundry for automotive IC design experts, DB HiTek offers advanced design and development support along with top-tier PDKs and IPs. DB HiTek’s mass production capabilities for a wide range of power management and analog ICs, including LIN/CAN transceivers, Hall sensors, DC-DC converters, LED drivers, Class-D amplifiers, and motor drivers, are widely recognized across the industry.

Ensuring Top-Tier Quality in Automotive Semiconductors

DB HiTek has established itself as a preferred foundry in the automotive industry, recognized for its proven high quality and reliability by a wide range of customers. Since acquiring ISO/TS 16949 certification in 2003, the company has consistently met all automotive quality requirements from initial production to final shipment.
Strict process validation and control are carried out in accordance with the AEC-Q100 standard, helping customers maintain consistent DPPM levels and meet demanding quality standards.

SoC Implementation Based on High-Performance BCDMOS Processes

DB HiTek’s specialized BCDMOS technology integrates Bipolar, CMOS, and DMOS processes to enable system-on-chip (SoC) designs that combine analog functions (such as conversion and amplification), digital functions (such as logic and memory), high-voltage operation, and power management. Offered in technology nodes ranging from 0.35μm to 0.13μm, this process is ideal for automotive ICs and delivers powerful performance. From a designer’s perspective, BCDMOS offers the advantage of maximizing performance while significantly reducing development time and manufacturing cost.
