Shared Growth Support Program
DB HiTek operates various support programs for its shared growth with partner companies.
Together with the Semiconductor Industry Association, we are operating a project for evaluating the performance of semiconductor equipment and materials, along with a Pattern-Wafer support project to foster domestic semiconductor equipment, materials, and parts industries and strengthen the competitive power of the industry. To help the technological development of our partners, we are operating a Partner’s Technological Proposal Program where proposals for improvement made by employees of partner companies are received, examined, and rewarded.

DB HiTek regularly provides personal protective equipment and masks to its partner companies to ensure their health and safety. Additionally, to support the establishment of health and safety systems in partner companies, DB HiTek offers safety system consulting, safety education and workplace environment metrics to ensure a safe workplace through a mutual cooperation program.

Annually, DB HiTek enters fair trade agreements with subcontractors to ensure fair transactions with partner companies.
DB HiTek has established and operates a Fair Trade TFT with the participation of relevant departments to promote fair and mutual growth in transactions with partner companies.

To promptly resolve various disputes that may arise during transactions with partner companies, DB HiTek operates a Dispute Resolution Committee system.
