Ethical Management

As a responsible corporate citizen, DB HiTek is committed to ethical business practices and fair-trade compliance, striving to prioritize social good and customer value while earning the respect of its stakeholders.

Introduction of Ethical Management

One of the most critical concepts in modern corporate management, sustainability, refers to a company’s ability to continue growing and developing regardless of changes in the business environment. In other words, to achieve sustainable growth and development, it is essential to reassess the company’s management structure and enhance its management practices, which are directly connected to global standards. Ethical management is now more important than ever, not only in response to shifting perceptions of corporate governance, increased demands for transparency, and the protection of minority shareholder rights, but also because ethical issues have the potential to threaten a company’s very survival.

Ethical Management in Practice

To grow and develop as a “financially sound company” for shareholders, a “great workplace” for employees, and a “trusted company” for customers and society, the company has established and practices a code of ethical conduct that serves as a standard of sound values and principles of behavior for all executives and employees.
