DB HiTek produces power components for a wide range of consumer, industrial and automotive products. many of which support TVs, mobile phones as well as computers/servers, automobiles, and medical equipment, leveraging world-class analog technology.

With extensive mass production experience, DB HiTek continues to strengthen its specialized A&P (Analog & Power) technologies through 0.35μm to 0.13μm BCDMOS (Bipolar CMOS-DMOS) processes, while also improving power efficiency and low-power performance.

DB HiTek supports mass production of a wide range of power applications, including wireless chargers, power delivery systems, motor driver ICs, class D amplifiers, power management ICs, battery management ICs, and gate drivers, by offering process technologies ranging from 40V to 1200V. In addition, a user-friendly PDK and a variety of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools are provided to create a more predictable and convenient design environment for customers.
